Shirodhara (60 - 75 min)

Shirodhara is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the pouring of warm herbal oil in a continuous stream onto the forehead. The word "shirodhara" comes from the Sanskrit language and means "head flow." It is deeply relaxing and is a therapeutic experience.

Padabhyanga (45 min)

Padabhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic foot massage that involves the use of warm herbal oil to promote relaxation and healing. The word "pada" means "foot" in Sanskrit, and "abhyanga" refers to a full body massage using warm herbal oil. During a Padabhyanga session, the therapist massages the feet using warm herbal oil and specific techniques to promote relaxation, stimulate the flow of vital energy or "prana," and balance the doshas or energies of the body.

Marma Abhayanga (45 min - 60 min)

Marma Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that combines gentle massage with the stimulation of marma points. The word "marma" refers to vital energy points in the body, and "abhyanga" means "oil massage." During a Marma Abhyanga session, the therapist uses a blend of warm herbal oils and specific massage techniques to stimulate marma points located throughout the body. Marma points are believed to be areas where vital energy or "prana" is concentrated, and stimulating these points is thought to promote overall health and well-being.

Shila Massage (75 min)

Shila massage, also known as hot stone massage, is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the use of hot stones and warm oil to promote relaxation and healing. The word "shila" means "stone" in Sanskrit. During a Shila massage session, the therapist places heated stones on specific points of the body, such as the back, legs, and feet. The therapist then massages the body using warm oil and the heated stones to provide deep relaxation and promote the flow of vital energy or "prana."

Pizzichill (60 min - 75 min)

Pizzichill is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the application of warm medicated oil to the body in a specific manner. The word "pizzichill" comes from two Sanskrit words: "pizhichil," which means "squeezing," and "illu," which means "to rub." During a Pizzichill session, the guest lies on a special wooden table, and warm medicated oil is poured over the body in a continuous stream. The therapist then massages the body with the oil, squeezing and rubbing the muscles to promote relaxation and stimulate the flow of vital energy or "prana."
